George William Foster (born October 7, 1955) is an American politician from Democrat Party, he is U.S. representative for Illinois's 11th congressional district, winning the seat in 2012. He was the U.S. representative for Illinois's 14th congressional district from 2008 to 2011. Bill Foster ask to change Second Amendment and he think that civil war cannon is less danger than current arms.[1]
