Brainstorming
From Conservapedia
Brainstorming is one method of referring to the process by which an individual deliberately endeavors to develop new ideas and it helps individuals or groups develop creative solutions to a problem.[4] It is sometimes referred to as "thinking outside the box", and is especially useful when people are required to innovate to solve unsolved problems instead of reiterating sub-optimal solutions.[5]
