Brandon Johnson (born March 27, 1976) is a Democrat politician and "educator" who is currently serving as the 57th mayor of Chicago since 2023. Johnson was elected mayor of Chicago in 2023. He has been referred to as a "bumbling idiot".[1]
In the first round of the election, he and the moderate candidate Paul Vallas advanced to a runoff, unseating incumbent mayor Lori Lightfoot. Johnson defeated Vallas in the runoff election and was elected to serve as the 57th mayor of Chicago. Instead of fixing the problems in Chicago, Brandon Johnson continued with failed policies of Lori Lightfoot. Weak on tackling crime and bigoted pro "palestine" rioters. As of 2024 Brandon Johnson had an approval rating of 15% which is lowest among all mayors in the country.[2]
