Brian Higgins

Brian Higgins is the Democratic party representative from New York's 26th Congressional District in the U.S. House. He was elected to the U.S. House in 2004. Higgins was part of the Dump Pelosi movement in 2019 and is a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal.
