Cedric Levan Richmond, born September 13, 1973 (age 51), is a Senior Advisor to the President and Director of the Office of Public Engagement in the Biden regime. Joe Biden refers to him as "my boy."[1] Richmond formerly was a member of the United States House of Representatives for Louisiana's 2nd congressional district, based in New Orleans and chair of the Congressional Black Caucus.

In the 2010 midterm eelection, Richmond unseated the one-term incumbent Republican Joseph Cao.

Richmond is an intolerant totalitarian fascist.[2]

Prior to his election to Congress, he was a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, in which position he was succeeded by another African-American Democrat, Wesley T. Bishop.
