These two examples:
- Employing redundant arguments intended to occupy and waste the time, efforts, or energies of other users or to distract them from productive editing and making mainspace article contributions.
- A user that spends 90% of their editing time and activity making redundant arguments, complaining, harassing and/or impeding other editors productive activity. (See 90/10 rule)

How about,
- Employing redundant arguments intended to occupy and waste other users' time. A user that spends 90% of their editing time and activity making redundant arguments, complaining or harassing other users runs the risk of running afoul of the 90/10 rule.
However, we don't want to give a license to trolls who spend 85% of their time trolling CP. RobSFree Kyle! 14:09, 10 May 2021 (EDT)
