David Greene

David Greene (born June 22, 1982 in Snellville, Georgia) is a National Football League quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. After a very successful collegiate football career at the University of Georgia (he is the NCAA division 1-A record holder for wins (42) and consecutive games started (52)),[1] he was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. In his rookie season with the Seahawks he was inactive for all sixteen of the teams regular season games. In 2006, he was inactive through the entire season once again. The Seahawks released Greene after the 2007 preseason[2] and he was signed by the New England Patriots to their practice squad on September 20, 2007.[3]
