Deadbeat President

A Deadbeat President is a chief executive who goes on a spending binge and then refuses to pay the incurred debt. This can happen because the chief executive either is unable or, more likely, unwilling to pay the maturing debt. Many consider Barack Hussein Obama to be the first American deadbeat president because he has actually threatened to veto a debt limit increase, as illogical as that sounds. Others who may be considered deadbeat presidents are Hugo Chavez and Robert Mugabe.
