Debate:Why Did The Rebel Change Its Name?

In September 2019, the Rebel Media changed its name to Rebel News. Why did this happen?

I truly don't have a clue, but I do have one theory. It's pretty simple, which is probably why the situation isn't mentioned on the Internet.

There are already other companies named, "The Rebel Media," for example an Australian radio station. One of these companies likely became uncomfortable with the connotations of that name and did not want to be associated with a "far-right" news organization, according to Wikipedia. They likely sued the Rebel, but both parties decided to keep things low-profile for whatever reason. They then settled on a slight name change on the behalf of the Canadian news organization.

Any other theories? Thoughts?
