Disputed Greek terms

Disputed Greek terms in the Bible include the following. In some cases the issue is whether the term has the same meaning in all contexts, or does its meaning properly vary:
- epouranios - typically translated as "of heaven,"[1] but what about its use in the context of wickedness in Ephesians 6:12 ? There the KJV uniquely translates its as in "high places."
- oinos - typically translated as wine,[2] but there is an argument that it really means "fruit of the vine" and need not be fermented, such that it could refer to grape juice.
- cheir - typically translated as "hand", which was its common usage, but it also means "wrist" for which the Greek language did not have a separate term. In two key instances it should thus be translated as wrists, yet English versions fail to do so.[3] Strong's fails to explain that its meaning can be "wrist", as it certainly is when chains fell off the disciple's χειρῶν at Acts 12:7
