George Lincoln Rockwell
George Lincoln Rockwell (March 9, 1918 â August 25, 1967) was the liberal fascist[1] founder of the American Nazi Party. He supported the Ku Klux Klan and denied the Holocaust.[2] Rockwell was an Agnostic, heralded Elijah Muhammad of the Nation of Islam as the "Black people's Hitler."[3]
Rockwell was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Rockwell had been previously stationed in Iceland in the early 1950's. Rockwell, while in the service, started a magazine known as "U.S. Lady" meant to appeal to the wives of servicemen.
In 1962, Rockwell planned an International Nazi meeting to be held in 1963 in Argentina with the Nazi stormtroopers Tacuara there. Around the time, racist Arab Islamofascist Ahmad Shukeiri promoted the Nazi gang at UN[4][5] and was fired by Saudis from representing him. The Argentina government refused Rockwell entry.[6]
Rockwell was shot and killed on August 25, 1967 in Arlington, Virginia by John Patler, an on-and-off American Nazi colleague.[7] Rockwell had related an assassination attempt in the last issue of his newsletter, "The Rockwell Report" where he wrote about being cornered on the street and shot at by a small group of individuals in July 1967 prior to his later assassination.
