Jean-Claude Van Damme (born Jean-Claude Van Varenberg - Octobre 18, 1960) is a Belgian actor who performs in many Hollywood produced action movies. He's often referred to as "Muscles from Brussels" because he's born in Saint-Agatha-Berchem (Brussels). He currently lives in the Belgian residential coastal town of Knokke.[1]
He started with martial arts at young age and became a champion in Karate and Kickboxing.
