Jim Himes

James Andrew Himes is the United States Representative for the 4th congressional district of Connecticut. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He was first elected to the House in 2008, defeating Representative Christopher Shays. James Andrew Himes is chair of the New Democrat Coalition and a member of the House Banking Committee and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI).
