The New Democrat Coalition is a caucus of members of the Democratic Party in the United States House of Representatives. They are as far left as the rest of the Democratic Party on social issues but are more moderate, and sometimes even conservative, on some fiscal policies. They have 61 seats in the House of Representatives. In 2019 it was headed by Rep. Scott Peters of California.
