Transgender movement and Ukraine
The evil corrupt kleptocrat Vladimir Putin[2] and Patriarch Kirill[3] of the Russian Orthodox Church sat with wonder, amazement, and horror as Western globalists, who control global media, psyops, and think tanks, sponsored a transgender conference in Kyiv attended by activists from across the collective West and NATO countries immediately after the 2014 murderous US-backed Maidan coup, overthrowing the democratically elected government of Ukraine.[4] Never before, not even under the Bolsheviks, was such audacious activity seen in Eastern Europe.
Shortly after the Obama administration executed the illegal violent coup, the First Ukraine International Conference on "Transgender issues: challenges and perspectives in modern Ukraine and world" was held at the Four Star Bakkara Hotel in Kyiv in 2015. The stated goals of the conference was to "become a platform for communication, exchange of experiences, best practices and finding a common language between medical experts, government agencies, human rights defenders, researchers and trans activists from different countries and different contexts." The focus was "at the juncture of human rights and medical discourses — as well as the phenomena of gender diversity." They wanted to "create a space for bringing together people and institutions seeking to provide qualified medical services, ensure the implementation of civil and human rights for trans people and protect them from discrimination and violence."
In 2016 the US-backed Maidan regime adopted a new procedure of legal gender recognition for trans people which allowed them to access legal gender recognition. As part of the war propaganda effort, same-sex unions were legalized in the summer of 2022 to aid army recruitment.[5]

Insight NGO, an organization funded by many sponsors of the Kyiv Trans Conference[6] that bills itself as "a Ukrainian public organization whose main values are equality, feminism, freedom, inclusiveness, diversity for all social groups", has not spoken out against the Kyiv regime's discriminatory language laws nor condemned the regime's war against its own people in the Donbas. In April 2022 Insight reported that trans people who decided to move abroad faced the fact that men ages 18 to 60 were forbidden to leave the country under martial law, with few exceptions. Insight criticized the law as contributing to the consolidation of traditional gender roles. Insight claimed "trans women who have not yet changed their gender marker are considered men." The diagnosis of F64.0 “Transsexualism” is a formal criterion of unfitness for military service according to the order of the Ukraine Ministry of Health, but only in peacetime and not in wartime. In some cases, trans persons were able to obtain military deregistration based on this diagnosis and then cross the border and leave the country. However, the decision is made in each case by the medical commission at the military enlistment office, which can take into account individual circumstances regarding the state of health, so the presence of a trans diagnosis is not decisive in excepting military service by itself.
If a person needed to see a doctor – in particular, to obtain a diagnosis or consult with an endocrinologist, the situation only got worse. While the problem of a lack of qualified professionals existed before the special military operation too, it often became physically impossible to visit a specialist.
In Ukraine, hormonal drugs can often be purchased freely on the black market. In other words, the presence or absence of a diagnosis or recommendation by an endocrinologist is not critical to obtain them. However, EU countries usually strictly require a prescription. Trans people who arrived as refugees in other countries faced the problem of access to hormonal drugs. Legalizing a diagnosis that was set in Ukraine, and especially obtaining one from scratch, takes time.
Insight reports there are known cases of trans people joining the ranks of the territorial defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There are no regulations in Ukraine that take into account the particular needs of trans people in military service, so they may have problems from access to hormonal treatment to the use of shared gendered spaces. Insight adds many trans people manifest patriotic attitudes in various ways. Some by volunteering or supporting volunteers, some by activity in social networks and other platforms of the information front. Finally, trans people regularly involved in activism or working in LGBT+ organizations mostly continue such activities, which from the beginning of the special military operation are focused on the LGBT+ community support and other volunteer aid.
