Kim Foxx
Kim Foxx is the liberal communist Cook County, Illinois, States Attorney elected in 2016 and 2020. Foxx is known for refusing to prosecute offenders who attempted to ignite race war.[1]
Special prosecutor Dan Webb was appointed to investigate Foxx's abuse of power and stated in his report that "Foxx and her top assistants repeatedly made procedural and ethical" mistakes in the "case of 'Empire' star Jussie Smollett, who falsely claimed he was a victim of a hate crime".[2] Chicago Police determined that Jussie Smollett paid two Nigerian-American acquaintances $3,500 to "assault" him in a rehearsed "attack." Subsequently Kim Foxx dropped charges against Jussie Smollett.[3] Kim Foxx was arrested in 4 June 2022, after her husband calling 911 for slapping him and broke his video game controller.[4]
