Luo tribe

The Luo tribe is a major ethnic group in Kenya. Politically they are opposed to the larger Kikuyu tribe.
While a small minority are Christians, most of them are Muslims; they regularly practice polygamy.
Barack Obama, Sr., the father of Barack Obama, was a Muslim member of the Luo tribe and had multiple wives.
