In Nader v. Saxbe, 497 F.2d 676 (D.C. Cir. 1974), the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit dismissed a lawsuit by Ralph Nader and an organization to compel prosecution of violations of the 1925 Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), 2 U.S.C.S. former §§ 241-256.

The Court found lack of standing by the plaintiffs.
