Nikolai Patrushev

Nikolai Patrushev served as Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation from 2008 until May 2024 when he was replaced by Sergei Shoigu.[1] He previously served as the director of the FSB from 1999 to 2008.

On September 21, 2023 Patrushev stated, "Having brought a neo-Nazi terrorist regime to power in Ukraine as a result of a bloody coup, the Anglo-Saxons have unleashed genocide against the Russian population".[2]
