Peter Thiel is a Republican megadonor and Trump supporter who helped JD Vance win his GOP Senate primary in Ohio in 2022 and Blake Masters win his GOP primary in Arizona the same year. Both victories were stunning upsets against Establishment-backed candidates. Thiel supports MAGA candidates who put America first, in contrast with the globalist candidates preferred by Mitch McConnell and other D.C.-based politicians.

Thiel stands up against Mitch McConnell, who reportedly pulled $8 million in ad spending on Blake Masters' election.[1]

A billionaire who was a co-founder of PayPal, Thiel spoke at the 2016 Republican National Convention. Included in his remarks was a criticism of Dems pushing hard for allowing access by biological men to women's restrooms.

In early 2022, Thiel resigned from the Board of Directors of Facebook (Meta) in order to focus on electing pro-Trump candidates to high office.

Peter Thiel was "the 10th largest individual donor to either party in the 2022 midterm congressional elections," but is also reportedly not going to donate to political candidates in the 2024 cycle.[2]
