Pump ‘Em Up is a fuel conservation organization founded in 2001 by a girl named Savannah Walters. According to the website, she learned that drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) could be rendered unnecessary if Americans kept their tires properly inflated, as this would effectively save millions of gallons of oil by making cars more fuel efficient.

To facilitate this task of properly inflating tires, Pump ‘Em Up passes out tire pressure gauges for free, which are donated to them by Sears, Firestone, Goodyear and the Rubber Manufacturers Association.
