Red Eagle Politics
Red Eagle Politics is an American election predictions and political analysis YouTuber. His channel started in January 2019 and his first video was uploaded in February of that year. Since then, his channel has grown to over 100,000 subscribers despite YouTube's algorithm likely attempting to choke the success of his channel and others.[1] Although commonly criticized as “biased” in his predictions, he has proven to be quite accurate, besting similar channels when margin of victory is taken into account.[2] He is also a contributor to and co-founder of the American Populist Union,[3] a paleoconservative political organization. He is 21 years old and is originally from Detroit, though he has recently moved to Texas.
Although Red Eagle Politics currently is frequent to bash Moderate Republicans, he hardly criticized them during the 2020 primary elections when most establishment GOP members in Congress won renomination. For instance, Red Eagle Politics made no mention of Koch puppet Ben Sasse's anti-establishment primary challenger Matt Innis, nor did he initially criticize Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Thom Tillis, and John Cornyn. Only afterwards when they more clearly demonstrated their neoconservative, moderate leanings did Red Eagle Politics criticize them.[Citation Needed] When he did criticize some Republicans as too moderate, it was considerably arbitrary, such as bashing Martha McSally while obliviously ignoring questionable voting records from others such as Susan Collins.[Citation Needed] In addition, Red Eagle Politics has touted some Republicans with considerably moderate/liberal records, such as New Hampshire governor Chris Sununu.[Citation Needed]
Moderators on Red Eagle Politics' YouTube channel have been known to mute those who merely voice dissenting opinions in livestream chats.[Citation Needed]
