Roy Edward Disney (1930-2009) was the son of Roy O. Disney, and the nephew of Walt Disney. He acted as the vice chairman and chairman of the Featured Animation Studios department after his father's death in 1971, but eventually resigned in 2003 due to the actions of progressive liberal Michael Eisner in the company that turned it into a "rapacious souless company." He was also instrumental in firing Eisner in 2005.
