Scott Randall Tipton is the United States Representative for the 3rd congressional district of Colorado. He is a member of the Republican Party. He was first elected to the House in 2010. Tipton previously served in the Colorado House of Representatives.
Rep. Tipton voted in late July 2020 to remove Civil War-era statues.[2]
