Sidney Webb

Sidney James Webb, 1st Baron Passfield was a British Fabian Socialist, economist, and founder of the London School of Economics.[1]

He coined the phrase the inevitability of gradualness, an important summary of the Fabian outlook of imposing socialism.[2]
