People who assert this point are probably referring to the Court's decision in ''Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada'' dealing with [[Nevada]]'s [[stop and identify]] statute, NRS 171.123(3). In the majority opinion, Justice [[Anthony Kennedy]] explains that "the statute does not require a suspect to give the officer a driver's license or any other document.
