I believe that all (they may be some very rare exceptions) people who commit suicide go to hell. Not because they comitted suicide, but because salvation can only be found through Jesus. I don't believe that anybody who is a true and proper Christian could end their own life. ==In God's Mercy==
God is the one who judges whether someone will be resurrected after committing suicide. As mentioned already, it is a sin that one can't be sorry for because it's too late, but also it is normally based on the feelings related in this psalm. Psalm 51:17. "The sacrifices to God are a broken spirit; A heart broken and crushed , O God, you will not despise."
So ultimately, Jehovah being a God of love will consider all circumstances, and knowing his love and mercy, there is no reason to feel hopeless about a lost loved one by suicide, although there are no guarantees.
