:::TAR said in February that after he finished a project, he would return to Conservapedia. He also said that it was hard to say when he would finish that project. I am not at liberty to say anything about the project. And since I have no way of contacting TAR, I have no way of finding out when TAR wishes to return to Conservapedia.
