Assuming he continues helm the bureau, it's not likely the FBI will cut Hillary any slack as far as the email investigation goes. Comey disagrees with Obama on incarceration, so there is some question as to whether he can stay in the administration. All the same, I'd say its time for Hillary to be lawyering up rather than preparing to move into the West Wing. Biden's announcement that he is not running sounded almost like he was running. Perhaps he was planning to announce, but Obama asked him to hold off at the last minute. We may not have heard the last of him.
