His career postseason record is 25–9, winning more playoff games than any other quarterback, and he has appeared in more playoff games than any player at any position. His 208 combined regular-season and postseason wins are also the most of any quarterback in NFL history. Because of his accomplishments and accolades, many analysts and sportswriters consider Brady to be among the greatest quarterbacks of all time, and because of his late draft selection Brady is considered to be the biggest "steal" in the history of the NFL Draft.

 

During the 2016 to 2017 NFL season Brady became the target of a great deal of scrutiny from many left wing fake news organizations, such as the Huffington Post. These organizations were largely angry with Brady's strong support of his dear friend Donald Trump's campaign for President. Brady has in the past been seen with a "Make America Great Again" hat in his locker and has spoken of his strong friendship with Donald Trump. Both Brady and his head coach Bill Belichick endorsed the future President Trump prior to the general election. Trump announced their endorsements during a rally in New Hampshire.

 

Prior to the 2016 attacks by fake news against Brady he has been subtly politically active on other occasions. He refused to visit Barack Obama at the White House following Super Bowl XLIX and was frequently a gold partner of former President George H.W. Bush in the early 2000's. Brady went out of his way to attend State of the Union addresses by George W. Bush, and has been blessed at the Vatican by Pope John Paul II.
