The ''Shahada'' is written in full as "أشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله" and pronounced in full as "ašhadu 'al-lā ilāha illā-llāhu wa 'ašhadu 'anna muħammadan rasūlu-llāh" in Arabic.
