The '''Mises Institute''' is a libertarian institute, often supporting [[anarcho-capitalism]], that promotes [[Austrian economics]], [[liberty]], [[individualism]], and the [[free market]] and attacks war, [[leftism]], and [[big government]]. It was founded in 1982 by Llewellyn H. Rockwell, Jr. and is named after [[Ludwig Von Mises]], following his ideology as well as that of [[Murray Rothbard]]. It has online classes, a library containing various books, most of which are available in digital form for free, videos and daily commentary, and ''The Austrian'', which is published six times every year.<ref>[https://mises.org/about-mises/what-is-the-mises-Institute What is the Mises Institute?]</ref>
