The suit, brought on behalf of [[Bernie Sanders]] supporters, cites Rich as a potential witness, but because of his mysterious death, and that of the attorney's process server, the court is now being asked to issue an order for protection of the plaintiff, witnesses, families, and employees.

::I don't understand how anyone could claim that Seth Rich was a potential witness in DNC Fraud Lawsuit. If I understand things right, on July 10, 2016 Seth was murdered. Shortly after that the Wikileaks of DNC emails were published. Those emails indicated that Bernie Sanders had been slighted by the DNC. In response to those leaked emails, BerneCrats launched their lawsuit. They would not be calling a dead man as a witness. So I think that the above claim is impossible.
