| | ::Thus Matt contradicts the Washington Post call log, which apparently WaPo never actually saw, since that log says "about 4:19" for phone hangup time, but a log would be exact. It seems most likely that WaPo got its log from the Rich family. Matt seems to think that Seth was lured to a 3AM party by DNC people who set him up for murder. If Matt is correct, the coverage of the 2+ hours between 2:05 AM and 4:19 AM by a long phone yak between Seth & Kelseyl, is incorrect. Rod Wheeler said that he knew of a party that Seth went to, I think on July 9, before he went to Lou's bar. But Rod was clear that he had not said that the party was an IT affair. It is hard to know how to evaluate Matt and his claims. Matt may be listening to gossip. It is good to keep an open mind, but I give no credence to Matt. | | + | The alleged Russia Hacks are to some extent an alternative hypothesis to that of Seth Rich being the WikiLEAKer. However, I expect it to be argued if Seth is proved to be the DNC Leaker, that only some WikiLeaked Democrat emails came via Seth Rich, but others still were Russia hacked. I, myself, have never bought the Russia hack theory, regarding it as a hoax perpetrated by CrowdStrike & the Democrats to deflect and change the story from DNC dirty tricks to ain't-it-awful-how-Russia-meddled-in-US-election. (Moreover, ain't it awful how the Russians helped Trump win.) The extreme form of this Democrat canard is how Trump & Putin worked hand-in-hand together to get Trump in office. The fact that the DNC refused to let the FBI look at its server & the probability that Democrat-hired Crowdstrike is the sole source for the USA Obama installed Intelligence Agency Leaders proclamation, "Russia hacked," leads me to reject the Russia hack theory as a hoax, even though almost everyone in Congress bought it & Trump. |

| | + | :Recently, however, certain other investigators who seem to have geek-knowledge, have apparently debunked this Russia Hoax. Unfortunately, I am not a geek (even if highly educated), so thus far I have not been able to understand the debunking claims of these "other investigators," that is, understand the claims well enough to evaluate their arguments. You are getting into rarified air when you study these debunk claims. But if you care enough, you may have at it. Here is a quote from such a debunk source: [Q]: |

Adam Carter, the pseudonym for the other analyst, showed that the content of the Guccifer files was at some point cut and pasted into Microsoft Word templates that used the Russian language. Carter laid out all the available evidence and his answers to numerous critics in a long post earlier this month. VIPS includes former National Security Agency staffers with considerable technical expertise, such as William Binney, the agency's former technical director for world geopolitical and military analysis, and Edward Loomis Jr.,[/Q]
([[User:Thunkful2|Thunkful2]] ([]) 18:36, 18 August 2017 (EDT)) |
