→Image licensing
:Hi, It could be argued that to reuse it would be permitted under the fair use exception, but I try to avoid that here in particular. On Flickr, users specifically manage licenses, so this appears to be a deliberate act to restrict reuse. To honor that wish, I try not to use them. However, Fair Use is widely interpreted different ways...some might see it as completely fine in this case. It sounds like neither of us are confident it is acceptable, so probably you'd best skip it or ask them.

:This image looks suspiciously like it could be a government-produced image--I wonder if it could be found elsewhere with more information. If the government made it, then it's in the public domain. --[[User:DavidB4|<font color="ForestGreen">David B</font>]] ([[User talk:DavidB4|TALK]]) 00:20, 19 December 2017 (EST)

::Does this also apply for state government photos? I know (partially from experience) that Wikipedia frequently deletes what official state government images (found on state government websites), allegedly due to not being free to use. --[[User:1990'sguy|1990'sguy]] ([[User talk:1990'sguy|talk]]) 00:26, 19 December 2017 (EST)
