Doyle L. Webb (December 3, 1955) is the current and longest-serving chairman in the history of the Republican Party in Arkansas. He has held the chairmanship since his election by the state executive committee in December 2008. From 1995 to 2002, he was a member of the Arkansas State Senate.

Webb obtained a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He holds a Juris doctorate from UALR and has practiced law since the early 1990s. He began his work in the GOP as a precinct captain in Saline County near the capital city of Little Rock. He became the Saline County GOP secretary and chairman and then general counsel of the state executive committee. In 1986, he won the first of three terms as a Saline County justice of the peace. After service in the state Senate, Webb was from 2002 to 2007 the chief of staff to the late Lieutenant Governor Winthrop Paul Rockefeller, son of Winthrop Rockefeller, the first post-Reconstruction Republican governor of Arkansas.

As an automatic member of the Republican National Committee by virtue of holding the Arkansas state chairmanship, Webb is the chairman of the Committee on Contests and a co-chairman of the Credentials Committee. He is also general counsel of the RNC. Under Webb's leadership, the Arkansas GOP gained the governorship once again, both U.S. Senate seats, all four seats in the United States House of Representatives, all statewide offices, and large majorities in both houses of the state legislature.

Webb resides in Benton in Saline County with his wife, the former Barbara Womack (born December 30, 1957).
