CP already shows as #1 result on several search engines for him, because the other results are apparently less reputable.  You can see some more info about him on his LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/in/arius-raposas where you can also see that he only had 59 connections.  I say deleted it.

At the very least, User:Cantante's articles should be trimmed and improved, though I wouldn't mind deleting them (if he complains, we can restore them).
