:I have mixed feelings about this. It sounds nice, but it is another case of the government intervening in things which the private sector could do. However, I also recognize that as with telephone lines, some services are hard to get in remote areas. This tends to result in people favoring service areas, when over time means that the population clumps up into cities. Those who do not live in cites, can just be stuck with what they have. I would need to read the bill fully to better understand it though.
