:::As best I can tell, there is no official criteria. However, this page might be useful to answer some basic questions: [[Conservapedia:User_rights]]. Typically, SysOp rights are given to users who have been editing for some time, and proven themselves trustworthy. I don't think there is a specific checklist that you can do, to get these rights.
