I would like to do something more drastic i.e. move and re-name this entire page, morphing it into a page about LGBT politics or even making it a sub-section of a page about the LGBT agenda. A list of those LGBT leaders who have favoured a "leftwing" image, such as Harry Hay, can be followed by a longer list of those who have not chosen to embrace Marxist rhetoric.
