The shooter described himself as a "green nationalist" and "eco-[[fascist]]." The shooting occurred on March 15, 2019. The actual response time was 36 minutes.  A shooter and several others were arrested however the others arrested were not part of the attack and the attack was a solo assailant. The 28 year old shooter obviously had paramilitary training and had traveled to [[Pakistan]], [[North Korea]], [[Turkey]], parts of [[Africa]], [[Portugal]], [[Spain]], [[France]], [[Afghanistan]] and [[Xinjiang]], [[China]].
