::::::@1990'sguy If there is any context that would put those quotes under a different light I would be happy to see it. Also, I wasn't aware that a systematic effort to wipe out all of X was needed for something to qualify as a genocide. But whatever you wish to call it, there is no good in omitting parts of a story yet having an article about Revisionism. :::::::As someone who habitually demands primary source, historical reporting, I couldn't disagree more. Nowhere in the period between 1919 and 1945 (the article says 1944, so I could be wrong; however the 1944 reference was not widely published) do the terms 'genocide' or 'totalitarian' appear. These terms are the product of a different age. What they mean, and how they came about, are vital to historical understanding. 'Native American Genocide' did not occur until the 1970s, more than a century after the time period the term references. The reader is entitled to know that. The United states Congress, in passing the Indian Removal Act, did not say, "Hey, let's commit genocide," which is what the liberal interpretation is intended to convey.
