:If it was all original content, I would seriously consider keeping it. However, certain parts were not written by this individual. If we chop out the plagiarized parts (everything not added in [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Joel_Gilbert&type=revision&diff=914351777&oldid=914306698 this edit]), this isn't going to be a very good article, since the intro paragraph is the first to go. Either a rewite of these portions is needed, or unfortunately, the whole thing needs to go.
:There are also a few typographical errors (such as the title you pointed out, "'''eared'''" rather than earned, etc.) and a few other improvements which could be made.
