On October 30th, Jorge Ortiz Silva of the National Human Rights Institute (a former Marxist guerrilla in the Revolutionary Left Movement) was caught staging a false attack on himself, which the mainstream media widely reported to have been an unprovoked attack with rubber bullets on an INDH official that was clearly targetted for he was dressed in the corresponding uniform that included an orange vest and yellow helmet.
