:: I merely inserted material from our entry on the subject, which you seemed to deny.  As to your claim of a court of law, there were no charges ever brought against the witnesses so your allusion to "a fair hearing" is inapplicable.  Also, you continue to overlook that that no appeal was allowed of the opinion.
