Mary DuBuisson (born August 18, 1954) is a former business owner and civic volunteer from Slidell in suburbanj New Orleans, Louisiana, who has been since December 2018 a Republican state representative for District 90 in St. Tammany Parish.

DuBuisson was first elected in a runoff contest held on December 8, 2018, to succeed Greg Cromer, who became the mayor of Slidell. DuBuisson is Cromer's former legislative aide. She won a full term in the position in the nonpartisan blanket primary held on October 12, 2019. In both elections, less than a year apart, she defeated the more conservative candidate, John Raymond (born c. 1962), the pastor of a non-denominational church and the general manager of a Christian radio station, said that DuBuisson may not be conservative enough for the district.

Raymond cited DuBuisson's support in 2019 for failed amendments to the fetal heartbeat bill to provide exceptions for rape and incest. DuBuisson said she is nevertheless solidly anti-abortion and noted that her conservative record was good enough for the endorsement of the Louisiana Republican Party. DuBuisson said that she will devote her legislation priorities to education, public safety, and flood control.

In the 2019 election, DuBuisson polled 6,552 votes (60 percent) to Raymond's 3,247 (30 percent). The remaining 10 percent went to a Libertarian candidate. In the 2018 contest, she defeated Raymond, 61 to 39 percent in a two-candidate runoff election.

In her campaign biographical sketch, DuBuisson indicates that she is a wife, mother, and grandmother but provides no names.
