The Senate ultimately rejected the claim of Obstruction of Congress based on violations of the [[due process]] rights of the accused and lack of authority in the sham impeachment "investigation." As to the Abuse of Power article, Senators determined President Trump acted properly while combating corruption. He was ultimately acquitted on February 5, 2020.
