*There is no evidence that Neanderthal man had the ability to speak, certainly there was no evidence of written or spoken evidence or any physical evidence that Neanderthal man had the vocal chords to allow speech.
*Whilst the size difference in the bone structure and count and modern man, the size and bone count of Neanderthal man is beyond range exhibited by modern humans.
*Whilst the evidence suggests that Neanderthal DNA suggests that Neanderthals were similar to modern humans (as shown by fossil evidence), the mtDNA appears to be distinct and the genomic DNA is not within the limtis shown by Homo sapians.
