King's Cathedral Maui, located in Kahului, is the main building of King's Cathedral and Chapels. It was established in 1980 after Dr. James Marocco and his wife became the senior pastors of the church, then called "First Assembly of God."
When the senior pastors began their leadership positions in the church, the weekly church attendance was 100 people. On the first Sunday, the church attendance doubled. Later on, First Assembly of God was considered the fastest growing church nationwide by a nationwide church growth organization.
