I made a number of changes and general reorganizations here, all (I think) perfectly fair and righteous and according to guidelines. I guess you could even call them "conservative". If anybody (*cough*TK*cough*) has any issues with any of them, let's take 'em one by one, instead of reverting the whole lot without an explanation, 'kay?
